Delivery & Returns
Your order will be delivered to the Cargo within a maximum of 3 business days from the day you place your order, and your order with Pay at the Door within 7 Business days. Shipping is not available during weekends and public holidays. You can follow the order shipment stages in My Orders section in My Account.
For Your Order Cancellation Requests:
If your order is under preparation If your product has not yet been delivered to the cargo authorities, you can report it by calling our customer service at cottonpolis +90 530 255 1010 or by sending an e-mail to [email protected] Your order will be canceled during the day.
Fee Refund Process:
Your return product Varol Tekstil San.Tic.Ltd.Şti. will be examined by its officials and it will be investigated whether it complies with the return conditions. Products that are in compliance with the return procedures will be approved and the product fee will be deposited to your bank within 10 business days. It may take up to 7-15 business days as per bank procedures to reflect this fee to your account.
• The product (s) must be sent to us in its original packaging intact, unused and intact condition.
• You must send the sales invoice of the product.
• If the invoice of the product is corporate, replacement or refund is made over the amount in the invoice provided by the institution for the return process, without including the cargo share, without using the upper group in underwear and swimwear.
• Underwear underwear, silicone bras and corsets are not changed due to hygiene.
• The customer is obliged to return the product with the condition at the time of delivery and to compensate for the loss of the commercial value of the goods due to use.
